Desklight
Overview
Real-time automotive support HUD for Zendesk agents.
Desklight is a real-time assistant for customer-support agents at automotive parts retailers. It runs as a side panel that surfaces the context an agent needs — order, shipping, stock, and fitment details — right next to the ticket they're working, so they don't have to dig through separate tabs. When you open a Zendesk ticket or an order in a connected tool, Desklight automatically pulls together: • Order status and line items from CRM/ERP • Shipment status and tracking from Shipping systems • Back-order and ETA data from the PO system • Supplier cost and pricing • A live ticket summary, suggested tags, and a drafted reply you can refine in one click It also includes time-savers built for support work: a clipboard history of the IDs and order numbers you copy, an all-day "recent orders" memory, reusable text snippets with an auto-typer, RMA generation, and one-click escalation to Slack. Desklight only activates on the tools your team already uses (Zendesk, Commercetools, ShipStation, the PO console, and Turn 14) and shows everything in a single side panel.
