Send a listing's published supplements to Desk, or type your listing input sheet into a new listing, in your own browser.

Desk prepares real-estate paperwork for agents. This extension moves an agent's listing paperwork between NWMLS Matrix and their Desk account, in the agent's own browser. It does two things. Writing an offer: when you open a listing's Supplements page in NWMLS Matrix and click this extension, your own browser fetches the disclosures the listing agent published there — Form 17, lead-based paint, utilities, whatever is posted — and sends them to your Desk account. You then choose where they go: Desk writes your offer around the seller's real documents instead of blank templates, adds them to an offer you have already drafted, or files them on the transaction they belong to — your own listing, or a sale already under contract. Listing a property: once your sellers have signed the listing input sheet Desk prepared, click this extension on any other NWMLS Matrix page. It lists your listings in Desk that are ready; press Enter into NWMLS and your browser types the signed sheet into a blank Matrix listing form, page by page, with its status left on Incomplete. You check every page and press Submit yourself — the extension never submits, publishes or changes a listing's status. It then shows what it typed, what it left for you and why. Entering listings is available to accounts Desk has turned it on for. Your browser does the work, on your own NWMLS session, one listing per click — Desk does not sign in to NWMLS itself. The extension never asks for your NWMLS or Desk password. It runs only on nwmls.com, and only after you click it. If your browser closed before Desk heard how an entry ended, it tells Desk when the browser next starts. You need a Desk account (desk.us) and an NWMLS subscription.
