Desk — Listing Supplements

Send a listing's published supplements to Desk, fetched in your own browser session.

Desk prepares real-estate paperwork for the agent who is writing an offer. When you open a listing's Supplements page in NWMLS Matrix and click this extension, your own browser fetches the disclosures the listing agent published there — Form 17, lead-based paint, utilities, whatever is posted — and sends them to your Desk account. Desk then writes your offer around the seller's real documents instead of blank templates, or adds them to an offer you have already drafted. Your browser does the fetching, on your own NWMLS session, one listing per click — Desk does not fetch these documents itself. The extension never asks for your NWMLS or Desk password. It runs only on nwmls.com, only on a listing you have open, and only when you click it. You need a Desk account (desk.us) and an NWMLS subscription.
