Se trata de uno de los lugares más biodiversos de la provincia en plena selva de Yungas. Durante años estuve luchando para crear un área protegida allí y he logrado generar un proyecto de ley para la creación de una Reserva Natural en el año 2018, que lamentablemente no fue tratado y perdió estado parlamentario. Para mi es sumamente importante que se retome el proyecto y finalmente se logre generar la protección del lugar.
