Dentomation Migrator

Moves a practice's notes, templates, charting and clinical records out of Dentally and into Dentomation.

Dentomation Migrator moves a practice's clinical history out of Dentally and into Dentomation: notes, charting, perio and BPE, medical histories, letters, recalls, templates and images. It reads Dentally through your own signed-in browser tab — no Dentally password is entered here — and writes into the Dentomation workspace you choose after signing in with your normal staff account. Every record goes through a dry run first, and nothing is written to a patient record until you review the results and approve the import. The migration runs in the background: close the popup or restart the browser and it picks up exactly where it left off. If your practice also uses the Dentally integration in Dentomation, patients it already holds are matched, not duplicated — the two work side by side safely. Appointments and billing are not part of this migration; they arrive through that integration. For practice staff only. Requires a Dentomation account and access to your practice's Dentally.
