Dentomation Imaging Bridge

Opens the patient you're viewing in Dentomation in your practice's imaging software.

Open the patient you’re viewing in Dentomation in your imaging software with one click, and bring their X-rays back into Dentomation. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a patient in Dentomation. 2. Click the Imaging Bridge icon, then Open in VistaSoft (or whichever imaging software you use). 3. Take the X-rays as usual. 4. The X-rays go into the patient’s Files in Dentomation. From VistaSoft they arrive by themselves. With DTX Studio Clinic, click Get X-rays. WORKS WITH • VistaSoft, through VDDS: opens the patient, and new X-rays arrive by themselves • DTX Studio Clinic, through VDDS: opens the patient, and Get X-rays brings the X-rays in • Carestream CS Imaging, ACTEON AIS and other imaging software: requires launch settings; opens the patient WHAT YOU NEED • A Windows PC with your imaging software • The Dentomation Software Bridge on that PC: a small Windows helper that lets Chrome open your imaging software. Get it in Dentomation under Control Panel → Import. • A Dentomation account BUILT TO BE SAFE • The patient is read from Dentomation itself, never guessed from the screen, so X-rays are saved against the right person. • It only runs on Dentomation, and only talks to the Software Bridge on your PC and to your practice’s Dentomation workspace. • No passwords are asked for or stored. • The same X-ray is never added twice.
