DONT WANT MY CARD CHARGED FOR AN SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

tHE SOFTWARE WILL NOT LOAD AND YOU ARE STATING THE CARD i USED WILL BE CHARGED ON THE 6TH OF mARCH 2024. i AM SAYING NOW DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AS THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK.

DealDash "Error 501"

For two days I've been receiving this error message when trying to use DealDash Analytics. Super upset about this because I only got the subscription for ONE specific auction... Huge bummer, to say the least. When will this issue be resolved? I've deleted the extension and tried to download it again, rebooted my desktop, tried it on my laptop... all to no avail. PLEASE HELP!

I have signed up for free trail. I go to dealdash and pick auction. It ask me to sign in. I can not sign in with the email and password?
