Create a product demonstration from a workflow you can show in your browser. Record it yourself, let DemoBro explore a website, or direct your connected AI assistant. No access to your application's source code is needed. RECORD THE WALKTHROUGH YOURSELF Open the extension and choose Window or screen, or Current tab with cursor and clicks. Press Record. For a window or screen, Chrome asks you to choose the surface; choose the same Chrome window for the video and screenshot steps to match. The tab option stays on the selected product tab across navigation. The extension records a silent original video, plus editable screenshot steps when supported product pages are visible. Pause or finish from the popup. Videos are limited to five minutes of active recording or 250 MB; steps are limited to 100 and 8 MB. Closing the popup does not stop recording. A separate extension tab maintains the stream; keep it open until the recording is saved. My recordings keeps the video and steps on this device. Download them before uninstalling the extension. The tab option also exports cursor and click data that can be imported with the original video into DemoBro Studio. Saved chunks can recover part of an interrupted recording; its ending may be missing. The original continuous video retains everything visible in the surface you select. It is not automatically redacted. Screenshot steps mask supported input/private regions, but masking cannot remove every sensitive detail. Use demo data, pause before private content, and review the result. Edit screenshot instructions, order, timing, zoom and hotspots in DemoBro. Save privately; Publish deliberately creates a separate public walkthrough link, and Revoke disables that link. A local silent export of screenshot steps uses no AI/render credits. Importing a continuous video into the full Studio uses the Studio's separate processing and render controls. EXPLORE A WEBSITE WITH VIBE In DemoBro, choose Vibe my demo and enter a website and a goal. DemoBro opens a new application tab and explores a bounded set of observed pages on that site to prepare a private draft. No external coding agent is required for this path. Sign-in, verification challenges or detected page problems pause exploration. Resolve them in the application and choose Continue. Stop retains the draft already observed; exploration does not publish or start a paid render. DIRECT AN EXTERNAL MCP ASSISTANT Advanced users can connect an MCP-compatible assistant to DemoBro, authorize DemoBro OAuth, and pair the selected application tab. The assistant can request supported navigation, observed clicks, non-secret fields, scrolling, hovering and screenshots. DemoBro's fixed, packaged operations carry out those requests. The connected tab must remain foreground for capture. An action preview lets you cancel before execution; sensitive-action approvals remain separate. Sign in to the target application yourself. Detected login/MFA screens pause automatic capture. The popup, page progress panel and notifications indicate when your help is needed. Continue resumes the session; Disconnect ends access. Manual recording and an automatic connection cannot run simultaneously. DATA AND REQUIREMENTS Installing or updating grants the declared site access, but does not start a recording or connect an application. Automatic access begins only for the tab you authorize. The extension does not read target-application cookies or browser storage. It uses the browser's signed-in DemoBro session on the validated DemoBro origin to display your account; no target-application password is requested by DemoBro. Manual capture stays local until you transfer steps to the Studio or import a video and save/upload it. Vibe and MCP send visible page observations, action results and masked screenshots to DemoBro. Your authorized MCP assistant may receive those observations; DemoBro's AI services may use them for your demo. Chrome 127 or later is required. DemoBro account access is required for the Studio and automatic paths; sign-up may require an invitation. Advanced MCP requires a compatible external assistant. Cloud AI/render features may use credits and have their own quote/confirmation. Capture in browser-restricted pages and interactions inside embedded frames are limited.
