Install the Delete & Unsend Instagram Messages extension. 2. Open Instagram Direct. The extension popup can take you there if needed. 3. Choose Delete to remove a conversation from your inbox. 4. To unsend a message you sent, open the conversation and choose Unsend. 5. Follow the live progress or use Stop to end the task early. ℹ️ Good to Know • Deleting a conversation removes it from your own Instagram inbox. It is different from unsending individual messages. • The Unsend action only applies to messages sent by your own Instagram account. • Instagram interface changes can affect browser automation.
