Defyn BugTrack

Reviewer access to the Defyn feedback widget on any site.

Defyn BugTrack is a private feedback tool for agencies and their clients. It lets authorised reviewers leave visual comments — pinned to specific elements, with screenshots — on any website they are working on. Every piece of feedback becomes a task on the Defyn BugTrack project board, so nothing slips through email or a Slack thread. The extension is silent on every page until you click the green launcher chip. It does not track browsing, capture keystrokes, run analytics, or display ads. How it works 1. Install the extension and pin the icon to your toolbar. 2. Click the icon and press Connect once. The extension signs you in to your Defyn BugTrack workspace using a 30-day session token stored locally. 3. Visit any client website. A small green chip appears in the bottom-right corner. 4. Click the chip, then click anything on the page to pin feedback. Add a title and description and submit. 5. The feedback appears immediately on your team's project board, with a screenshot of the page and the precise element you pinned. What you get • Visual feedback that the rest of your team can act on, with screenshots and DOM context. • A single project board for every site you are reviewing — no scattered emails, no missing context. • An audit log of every feedback action your team takes. • Per-project access controls so clients only see what they are invited to. Privacy The extension only transmits data when you explicitly submit feedback. We never collect browsing history, page contents on unrelated sites, or third-party analytics signals.
