The Define Your Risk™ extension adds a VAY™ column to your watchlists on Think or Swim, Robinhood and Fidelity. VAY is an indicator that shows you whether an option's premium is expensive relative to recent volatility, and therefore whether you're being adequately compensated for the risk you're taking. VAY (Volatility-Adjusted Yield) is a proprietary metric provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any securities. Options involve risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
