DeepBreath adds a calm, one-minute breathing pause before you check out online, so the things you buy are things you actually decided on. Impulse buys happen in seconds. DeepBreath gives you sixty of them back. When you reach a checkout page, a gentle breathing exercise appears: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breathe out for 6. When the minute is up, you choose: continue to checkout, or "Not today."
