Dealspapa shows you coupon codes and deals for the online store you are shopping on, without leaving the page. Open a supported store's website and the Dealspapa icon tells you how many coupons are available. One click opens the coupon list on the page, and one more copies a code to paste at checkout. The extension is made by Dealspapa (dealspapa.com), a coupon and deals website for shoppers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the wider Gulf region. It shows the same coupons and deals our team publishes on the website, so you no longer need to open a new tab and search for them. WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES • Recognises the store you are on When you visit the website of a store listed on Dealspapa, the extension recognises it and shows the number of available coupons on the toolbar icon. • Shows coupons in a panel on the page Click the Dealspapa icon and a coupon panel opens in the top corner of the page you are on. Each coupon shows its title, a short description, its expiry date and whether it has been checked by our team. Filter the list by All, Coupons or Deals. Close the panel with its close button, the Escape key, a click outside it or another click on the icon. The panel only opens when you click the icon. On pages where Chrome does not allow extensions to show content, such as Chrome's settings pages and the Chrome Web Store, the side panel opens instead. • Copies codes in one click Press "Copy Code" and the code goes to your clipboard, ready to paste into the store's coupon field at checkout. • Optional on-page notice On supported store websites, a small notice in the corner of the page tells you that coupons are available. You can close it with one click; it then stays hidden on that website for 24 hours. You can also turn the notice off completely in the extension's settings. • Side panel Open the coupon list in Chrome's side panel to keep it next to the store while you shop and check out. • Coupons for your country Many stores run separate websites for each country, and a code for one country often does not work in another. The extension reads the country from the store's web address (for example, a store's UAE or Saudi site) and shows the coupons for that country. You can choose a different country from the store header at any time, or set a fixed country in settings. • English and Arabic The extension is available in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic. It follows your browser's language, or you can choose a language in settings. HOW TO USE IT 1. Install the extension and pin the Dealspapa icon to your toolbar. 2. Visit the website of a supported store. 3. When coupons are available, a number appears on the Dealspapa icon. Click the icon to open the coupon panel. 4. Press "Copy Code" on the coupon you want. 5. Paste the code into the coupon or promo code field at the store's checkout and check the discount before you pay. Deals that don't need a code have a "Get Deal" button that opens the offer in a new tab. WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES NOT DO We want you to know exactly what happens when you install Dealspapa: • It does not apply codes automatically. You choose a code, copy it and paste it yourself. • It does not change prices, products or content on websites. The only things it adds to a page are the coupon panel, which opens only when you click the icon, and the optional notice, which you can switch off. • It does not open tabs or redirect you on its own. Links only open when you click a button. • It does not read the contents of pages, your shopping cart, forms or payment details. • It does not track your browsing history. SUPPORTED STORES AND COUNTRIES The extension works with stores listed on Dealspapa that serve shoppers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Egypt. These include fashion, electronics, beauty, home, travel and food delivery stores. The list of stores is updated automatically as new stores are added to Dealspapa, so new stores appear in the coupon panel without an extension update. To see every store we cover, visit dealspapa.com/all-store. ABOUT THE COUPONS Coupons and deals come from Dealspapa and are reviewed by our team before they are published. Stores set their own terms, though, and they can change or end an offer at any time. A code may have conditions such as a minimum order value, specific products, new customers only or a particular country. Always check that the discount appears at checkout before you pay. If a code does not work, try another one from the list. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE Dealspapa is free to use. Some links in the extension, including "Get Deal" buttons, are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy from the store, Dealspapa may earn a commission from that store. This does not change the price you pay. Affiliate links open only when you click them, and the extension never adds affiliate links to pages or changes links on store websites. This disclosure is also shown at the bottom of the coupon panel. PRIVACY We built the extension to work with as little data as possible: • Store detection happens on your computer. The extension downloads Dealspapa's list of store websites and compares it with the address of the current tab on your device. The addresses of the pages you visit are not sent to Dealspapa or to anyone else. • When you are on a supported store, the extension asks dealspapa.com for that store's coupons. The request includes only the store's name on Dealspapa, the selected country and your language. It does not include your browsing history, the page address or any personal information. • Your settings (language, country and whether the notice is shown) are saved with Chrome's own storage. If you use Chrome sync, Chrome may sync these settings across your devices. • The extension temporarily saves store lists and coupons on your device so it works faster and uses less data. • The extension does not use analytics or advertising trackers, does not ask you to create an account and does not collect personal information. • We do not sell or share user data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than showing you coupons. PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED • Storage: saves your settings and keeps a temporary copy of the store list and coupons. • Active tab: when you click the Dealspapa icon, gives the extension temporary access to the current tab so it can read the page address, find that store's coupons and show the coupon panel there. The access ends when you leave the page. • Scripting: shows the coupon panel on the current page when you click the Dealspapa icon. It runs only after your click and only in that tab. • Side panel: shows the coupon list in Chrome's side panel. • Access to dealspapa.com: loads the store list and coupons from Dealspapa. • Access to supported store websites: shows the optional coupon notice and the coupon count on the icon. On these websites the extension only reads the page address; it does not read or change page content.
