Adds basic support for launching Designer from Dealogic Cortex website.

Launch Dealogic Designer in your browser For users of the Dealogic platform, launch the Designer to run in-depth and granular reports, rankings, matrices, and analysis on your Dealogic data across hundreds of data points and variables. Automate reports and post to a centralized location for group or firm-wide use. On top of that, all reports created in Designer can be seamlessly integrated with Excel and emailed directly from a Dealogic product. While this extension will help you run Designer from Chrome, you will require an additional installable file from your IT department to successfully launch the application.
