DealFlo
Overview
Tap SMS or Email beside a customer in your CRM and their whole DealFlo conversation opens beside it. Text, email, call, take notes.
A salesperson lives in their CRM all day. To text a customer through DealFlo they used to leave the CRM, find the customer, send the message, and come back. That tab dance is why reps stop using tools. With DealFlo installed, opening a customer in your CRM brings up that same customer in a side panel: the live text conversation, ready to reply, with the context that actually helps — call history, notes, vehicle of interest, the next appointment, and whether the AI is currently working the lead. - Reply by text without leaving your CRM tab - The customer you are looking at is pulled up automatically - Look anyone up by name or phone number - See call history, notes, and appointments at a glance - Take over from the AI, or hand it back - Call a customer — it rings your phone first, then them DealFlo does not read credit applications, financing pages, or any page with identity or payment details, and it tells you when it has declined to read a screen. Requires a DealFlo account. Your dealership must be enabled for the extension by DealFlo before it will work. And the Summary field right above it (132 char limit, this is 116): Text your customer from inside your CRM. DealFlo opens the conversation for the customer you are already looking at.
