Deal Clipper by The Deal Funder saves selected text and source links from webpages into a private workspace in your browser. Use it while reviewing property listings, county records and other research sources. SAVE THE SOURCE Right-click selected text or a page to save a clip. New clips go to an inbox, where you can review them and choose the right deal. Each clip keeps its original quote, source URL, page title and capture time. ORGANIZE EACH DEAL Keep addresses, asking prices, earnest money notes, closing dates, parcel IDs, title company details and contacts in one place. Add tags, notes and research checklists. Categorize clips and mark information you have personally reviewed. FIND WHAT YOU NEED Search your deals, notes and source quotes. Filter by stage, sort your workspace, and archive or restore deals as your research changes. TAKE YOUR NOTES WITH YOU Export a deal summary as Markdown, a deal list as CSV or your workspace as a JSON backup. Print summaries or save them as PDFs using Chrome's print dialog. Import backups without replacing existing records. LOCAL STORAGE, NO ACCOUNT Your records stay in your browser profile. Deal Clipper has no analytics, advertising or automatic uploads. It does not send your research to The Deal Funder. Export a backup before uninstalling the extension or clearing its data. Page capture runs only when you request it. Some protected Chrome pages cannot be captured; you can add information manually instead. Deal Clipper is a research organizer.
