LimeSpot's merchandising and personalization tools run inside your store's own pages. This extension is what puts them there. Open your storefront, click the LimeSpot button in the toolbar, and the extension loads LimeSpot's storefront library into that one tab, so the tools work against the real page a shopper sees rather than a mockup or a staging copy. WHAT YOU CAN OPEN WITH IT If you already subscribe to LimeSpot, the button opens Studio on your live storefront: the in-page editor where you place and tune product recommendations and personalized merchandising on the page itself, exactly where they will appear. Studio is available on Shopify storefronts. If you are still evaluating LimeSpot, LimeSpot can issue you a time-limited session that previews the same tools on your own pages. It walks your main storefront pages — home, collection, product and cart — looks at them at both desktop and mobile widths, and shows where personalization would earn more from the traffic you already have. That preview is read-only: it proposes, and it never saves, publishes or edits anything on your live storefront, so it makes no change a shopper could see. You get the session from limespot.com after verifying your email address; the extension never issues one itself. Supported platforms are Shopify, SHOPLINE and BigCommerce. On any other platform the extension says so plainly and offers to add you to the waitlist, rather than guessing at a store it does not understand. HOW IT BEHAVES • Nothing happens until you click. The extension never acts on a page on its own. • It works only on the storefront you open it on. It reads nothing from any other site you visit. • It runs entirely from the installed package. No code is downloaded and executed at any point. • It sends data only to LimeSpot's own services — limespot.com, personalizer.io and app-ai.personalizer.io. It makes no request to any other site. • A preview session lasts 30 minutes and is discarded when it ends, when you close the tab, or when you close the browser. A Studio sign-in is kept for your own storefront until you log out, deactivate it from the extension's popup, or uninstall.
