Course2Cal exports the classes on your UBC Workday “View My Courses” page. • Calendar file (.ics) for Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar • Excel workbook with a course list plus Term 1 and Term 2 weekly grids • Printable PDF of the same views How to use it 1. Open View My Courses in Workday and scroll so every row is visible. 2. Click the extension, then Extract courses. 3. Select what you want and export Calendar, Excel, or PDF. Extract reads the course list on the Workday tab you have open. Nothing is uploaded. Files are saved on your computer. Course2Cal is not affiliated with UBC or Workday.
