Two tabs. One monkey. Do it once, see it twice. MonkeDo pairs two tabs of the same app and mirrors what you do in one into the other, both ways. For comparing localhost against staging, the old design against the new, two accounts, two locales. WHAT MIRRORS Cursor, hover, clicks, typing, keyboard shortcuts, text selection, scrolling, pinch and zoom, and navigation. Canvases that pan by transform are mirrored too. WHAT YOU SEE A ghost cursor marks where the other pane is pointing. Since a browser only draws a caret in the tab that has focus, MonkeDo draws its own, so you can always tell which field is active. CONTROLS Hold Option or Alt while clicking to act in one pane only. Click the floating circle, or press Option+Shift+P, to pause and resume. Drag that circle to any corner and it stays there. The toolbar icon carries a status dot: grey when idle, amber when one tab is chosen, green while mirroring, red when paused. HOW TO START Put the same app side by side, either as two windows or in Chrome's split view. MonkeDo spots the pair and offers to connect both panes in one click. LIMITS Positions are copied exactly, never guessed. If the two builds differ enough that the same spot means something different, hold Option or Alt and click to act in one pane alone. Native select dropdowns and the browser's own right-click menu are drawn by the operating system, so they cannot be opened in the other tab. The value you pick still mirrors. PRIVACY Nothing leaves your browser. No servers, no analytics, no page content read or stored. MonkeDo asks for access to all sites only because you choose which tabs to pair, and it cannot know in advance which those will be.
