DDM — DedSec Download Manager

Sends downloads to DDM for Windows (fast, resumable) and puts a Download button above every video you watch.

DDM — DedSec Download Manager is a free download manager for Windows. This extension connects Chrome to the DDM desktop app. WHAT IT DOES • Catches downloads: when you download a file in Chrome, DDM's download window opens instead. DDM downloads with several connections at once and resumes after a disconnect, a sleep or a restart. • Video button: a small "Download this video" button appears just above the top-right corner of a video once it starts playing. Click it to see the available qualities (up to 4K, or audio only as MP3) and save the one you want with DDM. • Right-click menus: "Download with DDM" on links, "Download this video with DDM" on videos and audio, and "Find videos on this page with DDM". • Works with sites that need your sign-in: the site's cookies for that one download are passed to DDM, so it downloads exactly like the browser would. • You stay in control: switch download catching or the video button off from the toolbar popup at any time. REQUIREMENTS The free DDM desktop app for Windows must be installed and running (download it from https://dedseec.com). Without it, Chrome simply keeps downloading as usual.
