JPKIポータルサイトからダウンロードできる利用者クライアントソフトと組み合わせて動作し、マイナンバーカードに搭載された電子証明書（署名用電子証明書及び利用者証明用電子証明書）を利用する機能を提供します。

JPKI利用者クライアントソフトと連携してマイナンバーカードに搭載された電子証明書を利用するプログラムです。本プログラムをインストールすることにより、Edge/Chromeブラウザから利用者クライアントソフトを使用するWebブラウザアプリケーションで、マイナンバーカードを利用することができます。

Don't bother installing. Just go to the immigration bureau at 5 AM in the morning, queue up, and that would be less frustrating than trying to get this darn thing to work
