Bangtool is a browser toolbox for collecting references and making your own content. Its basic tools work on your device without signing in. Capture part of a page or a full scrolling page for your work. Pick colors from pages or images and keep palettes to use again. Arrange photos, text and shapes or paint with brushes in BangCanvas. Trim landscape videos and vertical shorts on a timeline, then add captions and transitions in BangCut. Start a thumbnail from a blank page or an editable design, including music-playlist layouts, in BangThumb. Save editable projects to continue later. Manage Chrome bookmarks and collect reference links into saved groups. Optional analytics records time on websites while Chrome is in the foreground. Charts help you reflect on your browsing habits. Recording starts off and excludes incognito windows and other apps. Enable reverse playback to add a direction button to YouTube playlists on the desktop website. It does not change the playlist saved in your account. Customize which popup tools appear and their order, and choose your interface language in Settings. Pin Bangtool to Chrome's toolbar and open it on a normal webpage. Open My Toolbox for detailed editing. Bookmark access and automatic website features request permission when needed. Requires Chrome 120 or later. Site restrictions and infinite scrolling can affect captures. Video export runs in real time for up to 10 minutes; supported formats depend on your browser and device. Editions with Google connection offer backup, restoration and synchronization as optional features. Basic tools work without signing in. Only data you authorize for connection and synchronization is sent directly over HTTPS to your own Google Drive app-specific space (drive.appdata), without passing through a Bangtool server. Google and Chrome Identity handle authentication. Bangtool does not request your Google password or permanently store OAuth access tokens itself. The connected account email is stored on this device to display the account. Disconnecting revokes the Google access token and releases requested site permissions. Local data and Google backups are not automatically deleted. You can delete individual PC backups in Account and Data, or delete Bangtool's hidden app data under Manage Apps in Google Drive settings.
