Scrollbar and background display same image

I have a Chrome installation where the scrollbar and the background, which I set to two different images, are under various permutations displaying a complete scrollbar image, or a complete background image, but not a scrolling area that is the scrollbar image and a background that is the background image. Advice?

Rescroller doesn't save my settings.

I was using rescroller, powerwashed my Chromebook, reinstalled rescroller, changed the settings. However when I open up a new tab, the settings aren't saved. Please assist.

RESCROLLER NOT WORKING ANYWAY BUT IN THE MENU PAGE

RESCROLLER IS NOT WORKING AT ALL ON GOOGLE CHROME NEWEST VERSION. I JUST GOT IT AND NEW VERSION CHROME YESTERDAY. I REBOOTED MY PC AFTER I SET THE APP UP. WHY ISNT IT WORKING?

Custom button images drag-n-drop and/or select doesn't work correctly

When trying to customize the button images, the 'last' image dropped and/or selected becomes the image for all four buttons: right, left, up, and down. Can't get 4 different images to work.

There is a problem is Chrome Version 99.0.4844.51.

Rescroller 1.3 has a problem with Chrome Version 99.0.4844.51. When I go to a page the right side scroller doesn't appear until I grab the right edge of the browser and adjust the width. Then the custom sidebar comes in. Any suggestions?

Missing...

Today when I logged in my scroll bars where gone. The extension was till in my extensions and was turned on. I had to reset my preferences. In several years of using this extension this has not happened. Is there any reason that this would happen? Curious enough, my Tabs Outliner extention went goofy a few days ago as well...

Not working in Chrome/Windows 10.

This app hasn't worked for me in ages. The visual changes appear only on the actual app screen itself. How do I fix that? I'm using Windows 10.
