Medha Portal Assist (certificates and student details)

Fills a KV teacher's Samagam pages (student details, APAAR IDs, training certificates) from Medha. You check and press Update.

The Medha helper saves Kendriya Vidyalaya teachers hours of typing in Samagam. Parents send their child's details once, on a link from Medha on their phone. Their answers are locked on the phone, so only the class teacher can open them. The helper then fills those details into the teacher's own Samagam pages: Basic details, Guardian (with both parents' photos) and Address. The teacher checks every box and presses Update herself. What it does • One press in the helper opens a child's Basic details, Guardian or Address page and fills it. • Reads the teacher's UDISE+ APAAR list (every page) so each child's APAAR ID and PEN go in too. • Reads the class list in Samagam, so Medha shows each child as Completed or Pending. • Ticks "Use for App" on Samagam's Verify Mobile and Email page for the KVS Parent Connect (Samvaad) app logins. • Fills Training certificates (CPD) into Samagam's Add Course page. What it never does • It never signs in, never sees or keeps a password, and never presses Update, Save, Verify or Submit. • It never sends anything anywhere: no server, no analytics. It keeps what it is given in the browser's memory only, and everything is gone when the browser closes. • It works only on the teacher's own Samagam and UDISE+ pages, which she opens and signs in to herself. Medha is an independent tool for teachers. It is not made by, or connected with, KVS, Samagam or UDISE+.
