Save any Slack conversation you can see to a file on your computer. No admin rights, no Slack app, no account required. Channel Export adds an Export button to Slack in Chrome. Click it on any channel, DM, group DM, or thread to download: • Markdown: A readable document with names, timestamps, threads, reactions, and file links. • CSV: One row per message, ready for Excel or Google Sheets. Choose a date range (all time, last 7 or 30 days, last 12 months, or custom) and decide whether to include thread replies. You can also export directly from the toolbar popup without opening the channel. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Runs entirely in your browser. Your messages never touch our servers — we don't have any. • Read-only. Never posts, edits, or deletes anything in Slack. • No workspace installation required. Uses your existing Slack session. No admin approval needed.
