Overview
Your calendars one click away in every meeting, a highlight that follows your pointer, and Scrum Assist for your team's boards.
Running a meeting means hunting for the right calendar, pointing at a shared screen nobody can follow, and, when your team works in Jira, opening card after card to see what's actually left on a story. Meeting Assistant by URLflows helps you run better meetings. Your calendars are one click away, and a frame follows whatever you point at while you present. If your team works in Jira, Scrum Assist adds subtasks under every parent card and one pad on every Jira page, with your notes and your team's ways of working beside guidance for the page you're on. Calendars and the highlight work on any site. Scrum Assist is for Jira Cloud sites (*.atlassian.net) and starts switched off: turn on the parts you want. No accounts, no setup beyond pasting in your calendars. YOUR CALENDARS - Your team's calendars, as many as you like. Paste in a Google or Outlook calendar's link and give each one a name. - One click away. They open as tabs from the toolbar button on any site, in a Calendars section at the top of the pad on Jira pages, or full size in a tab of their own. Or have them open in their own app (Google Calendar or the calendar's own site) in a new tab, where you can join the call and edit events. - Choose how Google calendars look: one view everywhere, or a compact agenda in the pad with a full week in a tab. WHEN YOU'RE PRESENTING - Highlight what you point at. Sharing your screen? Switch it on from the toolbar button or press Alt+Shift+H, and a frame follows your pointer from one part of the page to the next, so everyone watching knows what you're talking about. Works on any site, and stays on in that tab until you switch it off. SCRUM ASSIST ON JIRA BOARDS - Subtasks under every parent card, each with its status, who it's assigned to and a link. Sort them the way you like, and set their text size and color. - Backlog hover. Hover an issue key on the backlog to see its subtasks in a tooltip, without clicking in and losing your place. A floating "Refresh Subtasks" button picks up more after you scroll. - Per-board control. Keep subtasks on everywhere and switch single boards off with the small eye button in the corner, or from the settings page. - Card highlight. The card under your pointer and its subtasks light up as one unit, in the style you pick. THE JIRA NOTES & GUIDANCE PAD One pad on every Jira page, holding the same notes wherever you are. Drag it or snap it into place, fold it out of the way, and zoom its text from its header. - Jira Notes. Rich-text notes for the topics that shouldn't derail standup. Download them as a Markdown file at any time. - Ways of working. Your team's own agreement, in your own words, leading the pad and staying on screen when it's folded. Write it once for every page, give any Jira page its own text, and pick a heading and a color that set it apart. It sits above the Page Guide on purpose: where the two disagree, yours is the one that counts. - Page Guide. It works out which Jira page you're on and what kind of project you're in, and shows the standard practice for it, with a longer explainer and a link to Atlassian's own article. Every word is rewritable, and you switch it on only for the pages you want guidance on. - Your access. What you're allowed to do in the current project, who leads it and which groups you're in, read from Jira as you without opening an admin screen. Jira only reveals the project admins to people who can administer the project; when that isn't you, the pad says so and names the lead instead. ALSO ON THE BOARD - Done celebrations. Move an issue into Done for a short on-screen celebration. Pick an animation, celebrate any issue or only yours, and choose which statuses count. If your system asks for reduced motion, the animations settle. - Hide Rovo chat. Jira has no switch for its Rovo AI assistant. One toggle hides Rovo's chat buttons and its chat panel. Cosmetic only: Rovo stays enabled on your site. THE TOOLBAR PANEL Click the toolbar icon for a quick panel with your calendars, a switch for each feature and shortcuts into Settings. Changes apply to open Jira tabs right away. The same panel opens in Chrome's side panel or in its own window, to stay open while you work, and you choose which one the icon opens. SETTINGS The settings page has a search box (press / to jump to it) that finds any setting. A first install opens it at Getting started, a short guide to where each part lives. - Appearance: a range of light and dark themes, ones that follow Jira's own light or dark mode, and seasonal and holiday themes. Customize any theme's colors and keep your version alongside the original. The sun/moon button switches between a light theme and the dark theme you wore last. - Animation: an optional seasonal animation behind the toolbar panel and the calendars when they open in a tab of their own, or one that matches your season or holiday theme. Off by default, never on Jira or other web pages, and always off when your computer asks for reduced motion. An optional seasonal banner can also run across the top of the settings page and the panel, on a yearly schedule of seasons plus any dates of your own. - Backup & Restore: export everything the extension keeps to one JSON file, and import it again on this browser or another. Importing replaces what's there. - Resets: reset one area at a time, or everything at once after a confirmation. Your calendars, your notes and your ways of working text are always kept. - About: what the extension can access and a 30-day performance history kept on this computer, plus the other URLflows extensions. PRIVACY The calendars you add are shown from their own sites and signed in as you, just as if you opened them there. The extension runs on *.atlassian.net, and on another site only when you switch the highlight on in that tab yourself; it reads nothing from those pages. It reads the Jira pages you open and asks your own Jira site for the details it shows (subtasks and your access among them) through your existing session, just as Jira's own web app does. It never changes anything in Jira. Everything you save is kept in Chrome's extension storage, which Chrome syncs between your own signed-in browsers. There are no accounts. Nothing from Jira, your calendars or your notes is collected or sent. The only thing it sends is a few anonymous usage counts, such as which features get used, to help improve it; you can turn them off in Settings. Part of the URLflows family: https://urlflows.app/
