One of my employees can't install the extension

As my subject says, when one of my employees tries to install the extension, she gets a message that she's not allowed or something like that. Do you need more info to help me with this? I was able to install it on my Chrome no problem. I'm a super admin. Let me know if you need more info.

Not working correctly

When I try to share a link, it initially won't pull any content into the Facebook share tab. I have to manually enter info, including pictures.

Extension not working

Every time I try to use zShare, it opens another tab, then gives me an error message saying I'm not logged into Zoho social.

app not working

The app is opening up another browser tab rather than the Zoho publisher window. I have un-installed and re-installed, but still the same issue.

Not bringing up post page

The app isnt working properly, it just takes me to the log in page for zoho social each time i press it instead of bringing up the option to post etc
