D&D Games – D&D Beyond Companion is the browser connector that links your D&D Games account with D&D Beyond. It allows D&D Games to communicate with D&D Beyond through the browser session you are already signed into, providing a secure connection between the two services when you choose to use supported integration features. The companion helps D&D Games: • Connect to your active D&D Beyond browser session • Read supported character and campaign information when requested • Synchronise supported character data between D&D Beyond and D&D Games • Support D&D 2014 and 2024 character content • Provide connection and status information directly from the extension • Allow supported D&D Beyond content to be used with D&D Games features • Enable D&D Games tools to work alongside your existing D&D Beyond account The extension does not replace D&D Beyond. It acts as a companion connection layer between D&D Beyond and the D&D Games web application. You remain signed in through your normal D&D Beyond browser session, and the extension only provides the connection needed for supported D&D Games features.
