Know exactly when your emails are opened. Flyls adds an invisible tracking pixel to the emails you send from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Zoho Mail. When someone opens your message, you see it — with the time, the device, and the country it was opened from. No copying and pasting. No separate app to keep open. A small control appears in your compose window, and you carry on writing. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension and sign in. 2. Write your email as you normally would. 3. Flyls adds an invisible 1×1 image as you compose. 4. When the recipient's mail client loads that image, the open is recorded. 5. Your dashboard updates, and you can have a notification too. PLANS Personal Free — $0 Gmail and Outlook. Cancel any time from the dashboard; you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. WHAT THIS EXTENSION CAN SEE It runs only on the mail sites listed in its permissions, and on flyls.com. It has no access to any other page you visit. On those mail sites it reads the recipients and the subject of a message you are composing, so your dashboard can tell one tracked email from another, and it inserts the tracking image. It does not read, transmit or store the body of your emails. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO We would rather you knew the limits before installing than after. Open tracking depends on the recipient's mail client loading images. Many block them by default, and those opens will not be recorded until the reader chooses to load them. Most mail providers fetch images through their own proxy servers. That means the location recorded is often the proxy's rather than the reader's, and a provider that pre-fetches images can register an open that nobody performed. Flyls reports what it can observe and does not guess. It is a useful signal. It is not proof that someone read your message, and you should not treat it as one. PRIVACY Your password is stored as a salted hash and cannot be recovered from it. API keys and session credentials are stored hashed as well, so a copy of the database is not a set of working credentials. When an email is opened, the reader's IP address is used to work out an approximate country and is then hashed with a secret salt. The address itself is not stored. Open and click records are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. Deleting your account removes your tracked emails and their records with it.
