How do you get it to work on a computer, not just on the selection panel?

It's great. I'll make one with the characters from my book about Russia. Also, to use it, click on the logo in the top right corner of your computer. then click on a wand and character you want.

doesn't work at all in any website just vanishes suddenly after I choose the design

i cant use it, i have it download butit dosnt work

it's cute,but it dosen't work on half of the sites i visit,for example:youtube.It only works on the little chrome extension where you choose who you would want for your cursor.It dosen't work anywhere else and i don't know why.
