While verifying who I am It kept coming back that I couldnt be verified.
I'M PRETTY SURE I KNOW WHO THE I AM & ALL OF MY INFO!!!!
I just wasted valuable time that I DONT HAVE!!

cannot change stores i have tried using both app and extension keep getting the run around with customer service they tell to call processing processing tells me to call app depart then they tell me to reapply only for it to say you are not approved when

cannot change stores i have tried using both app and extension keep getting the run around app dep tells me to call processing processing tells me to call app dep they told me to reapply at the store i wanted to use then it wasnt approved i was approve for overstock and for another store i never wanted to even shop i have spent more than 8 hours trying to use app and extension i will just take my business some place else

Can't check out of Best Buy

I'm unable to complete the purchase process with the Acima extension on Best Buy, when I click on the agree to terms portion, it says "Oops etc etc" However customer support is of no help whatsoever and I've spent going on 48 hours trying to get a resolution and a gift for my daughter by Christmas. I don't understand why it's so hard.

Horrible experience!!!

I spent over a week trying to lease things from Overstock but couldn't get the checkout to work properly even after installing the extension. I wasted over 9 hours over multiple days on hold trying to get help - in the meantime I missed all the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. VERY FRUSTRATING that it not only wasn't working but there was a lack of timely support :(
