e-Comments Not Working

It won't open at all. I can sometimes get the little blue eC to come up but it stays that way with either "hide" or "show" next to the eC.

On the current version of Chrome, e-comments does not work

Please help! The button never shows up. Tried your troubleshooting steps which are rudimentary and it still doesn't work.

Not working?

Since a couple of days I am not able to insert comments from e-Comments. When I choose one om my prefabracated comments there is only an empty google docs comments. Has anything been changed from your side.

Customizing set names

Hi! This extension is a realy good time saver, thanks! I was wondering ,since I am working in Canada, the set names does not really reflect our grading schools, would it be possible to rename the set names, instead of Custom 1, 2, 3 etc... ?

Doctopus functionality

I would love to use/purchase your extension; however, I am unable to get it to appear if I am also using Doctopus. Is there a workaround?

Drag and drop functionality?

I would be much more likely to try out your app if I could directly drag comments onto the text, cutting out the extra time and movement of highlighting, moving the mouse back and forth and clicking. For a reference, see this app (or the well known turnitin.com platform), which are both much more expensive than yours. Just curious if this sort of functionality was on your design radar. Thanks!

Transfer License to my other account?

In frustration, because I couldn't purchase this app using my work account (Payments App is down message) I tried it with my personal account. Of course, the payment went through, the app is purchased, but I cannot use my personal account to mark assignments. I've spent the money, but the tool cannot be used. I'd like to transfer the license to my work account. I won't be using it personally.

add own comments

I used to use the checkmark extension which seems similar to this. I am willing to pay for an applications that works in a simliar way but I need to be able to add my own comments to the bank. I teach history and need history specific commentary. Is this possible? If not is it on the horizon? thank you
