DayTicks is a simple daily task manager and time tracker that helps you organize tasks, track focused work, and monitor earnings from billable tasks—all from your browser. No account or sign-up required. 🆕 What’s New (v2.8): - Track billable tasks with hourly rates. - Choose USD ($) or EUR (€) for each task. - View the hourly rate and live earnings for individual paid tasks. - Add paid-task totals and earnings grouped by currency to reports and PDF exports. ⭐ Key Features: - Task Management: Add, edit, delete, and complete daily tasks with ease. - Time Tracking: Start and stop timers for each task to track the time spent. Hover over the time display to reset the timer. - Billable Tasks: Enable payment calculation for any task, select USD or EUR, and set a whole-number hourly rate. - Earnings Tracking: See the current hourly rate and task earnings directly in the dashboard. Edit a rate whenever needed. - Currency-Aware Reports: View total paid tasks and total earnings by currency, with no automatic currency conversion. - Tags and Filters: Organize tasks with tags, filter by category, and reuse suggested tags. - Task Reminders: Set custom reminder intervals (e.g., 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes) for tasks to stay on track. Notifications will alert you at the selected intervals while the timer is active. - Stop Timer on Reminder: Optionally stop the task timer automatically when a reminder notification is triggered. Activate this by clicking the watch icon in front of the reminder dropdown. - Daily Summaries: View the total time spent across your tasks. - Reports and PDF Export: Generate reports with task totals, completion status, tracked time, earnings, and a visual completion chart. Download reports as PDFs. - Quick Dashboard Access: Open DayTicks dashboard from anywhere in Chrome by pressing the keyboard shortcut (`Ctrl+Shift+Y` on Windows, `Command+Shift+Y` on Mac). To customize this shortcut, visit `chrome://extensions/shortcuts`.
