Save the current Gmail invoice email to AI Expense.

AI Expense helps users save invoice and receipt content from Gmail into their AI Expense account. Open an invoice email in Gmail and click “Save to AI Expense”. The extension lets you select the email body or supported attachments, preview the document, confirm pages or invoice regions, and send the selected content to AI Expense for document recognition and expense record management. Main features: • Save selected invoice and receipt attachments from Gmail • Save invoice information contained in the email body • Preview supported images and PDF documents before upload • Review pages and invoice regions before recognition • Detect duplicate source files • Send selected documents to the user’s AI Expense account • Sign in with an AI Expense email account, Google account, or Apple ID • Support multiple interface languages Data disclosure: The extension reads the currently open Gmail message and attachment metadata to display the available saving options. Email content or attachments are transmitted to AI Expense only after the user initiates and confirms the save action. Selected invoice content and files are transmitted securely over HTTPS to AI Expense for storage, duplicate checking, document processing, and AI/OCR recognition. Authentication session information and extension preferences are stored using Chrome extension storage. The extension does not sell user data and does not use Gmail content, invoice data, or authentication information for advertising. An AI Expense account is required. AI recognition may require an active subscription, trial entitlement, or available recognition credits. AI Expense is a productivity tool and does not provide tax, legal, audit, or accounting advice.
