)Overview
Filter Zillow search results by days on market, using data already on the page. Not affiliated with Zillow Group, Inc.
Find stale listings on Zillow without opening them one by one. Days on Market Filter adds a small panel to Zillow search results that filters listings by how long they have been on the market. Set a minimum, or switch to a range and give it both ends. Listings that do not match are hidden. Everything else on the page stays exactly as Zillow built it. WHY DAYS ON MARKET A listing that has been sitting for 90 days is a different conversation than one listed last week. Sellers get more flexible over time, and price reductions tend to follow. But Zillow gives you no way to filter a search by that number, so finding those listings means opening each one and checking, or scrolling past dozens that are not worth a second look. This puts the number on every card, and lets you hide the rest. WHAT IT DOES • Filter by a minimum — show everything over 60 days • Or filter by a range — show only 60 to 120 days, and skip the rest • Show the day count directly on each listing card • Optionally hide listings where no day count is available • Re-applies automatically as you scroll and more listings load • Remembers your settings between sessions HOW IT WORKS The extension reads listing data that Zillow has already loaded into the page. It does not scrape, does not create a database of listings, and never sends a request to Zillow on your behalf. Filtering happens entirely in your browser. Because listing sites change their markup from time to time, the extension loads its detection rules from a small configuration file rather than hard-coding them. When something changes, the rules can be updated centrally and every user picks up the fix — no extension update required. PRIVACY No listing data, addresses, prices, or browsing history is ever transmitted. Your filter settings are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device. The extension makes exactly two outbound requests, both to its own server: • It fetches its detection rules, at most once every 30 minutes. This request contains no information about you or the page you are viewing. • It sends a diagnostic report only when you click "Report issue" yourself. That report contains detection counts and the names of data fields present on the page — never addresses, prices, or the values of any field. Full privacy policy: https://domfilter.online/privacy.html NOTES Works on Zillow search result pages. The panel does not appear on individual listing pages or sold-listing searches, where there is nothing to filter. Day counts come from data Zillow exposes on the page. Where a listing does not carry that data, the extension says so rather than guessing, and you can choose whether to hide those listings. This is an early release. If something looks wrong, the "Report issue" button in the panel sends the technical details needed to fix it. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow Group, Inc.
