DaYin GPT turns a ChatGPT conversation into something you can print or file away. Pick the messages in the ChatGPT webpage, then print the result or save it as PDF, HTML, or Markdown. WHAT IT DOES • Choose messages one by one, or use All / Answers only / Invert / None • Print directly, or save as PDF from the print dialog • Export HTML or Markdown, choosing the folder and file name yourself • Images are embedded in the file • Page numbers on PDF, optional • Interface follows your browser language (English / 简体中文) PRIVACY Your conversations are never uploaded. There is no server, no account, no analytics. The extension reads your conversation through the same request the ChatGPT web app already makes when you open a past conversation, using your existing login. That request is read-only — it does not run a model, so it costs no tokens and uses no message quota. The only outbound requests are image downloads from OpenAI's own CDN, so that images end up inside your file. The full list of sites the extension may contact is in its manifest, and Chrome enforces it. GOOD TO KNOW • Choosing PDF opens Chrome's print dialog — pick a printer, or "Save as PDF" • Long conversations with many images take a while, because every image is converted and stored inside the file • Math is kept as its original LaTeX source; it is not rendered • Canvas documents and Deep Research citation markers are not supported yet Bundled third-party libraries: marked 12.0.2 (MIT), highlight.js 11.9.0 (BSD-3-Clause).
