Data Lens turns structured-data pages and files into a fast, readable workspace directly in Chrome. Open XML, JSON, YAML, CSV, or TSV without copying the data into another website or launching a desktop application. Click the Data Lens toolbar button on a supported response to display its original content. For XML, that means seeing the real source rather than the extra markup added by Chrome's built-in XML viewer. You can also choose a local file, paste text, or drag and drop a document into the viewer. Structured-data contents are parsed locally in the extension and are not uploaded to Data Lens or an external parsing service. Large documents use temporary, origin-private browser storage so the viewer does not need to hold the entire file or render every row at once. 🚀 The free version opens supported files up to 2 MB. App Pass unlocks searching and multi-term highlighting, formatted copying, and documents up to 1 GB. An App Pass subscription is optional; the core viewer remains usable without one.
