SECURITY, TAKEN SERIOUSLY - YAML is parsed with a locked-down schema that cannot construct functions, undefined markers, or other exotic objects from untrusted YAML — only plain data (strings, numbers, booleans, lists, and mappings). - Converted CSV/TSV output defuses cells that would otherwise be read as a spreadsheet formula (a cell starting with `=`, `@`, or a `+`/`-` expression) by prefixing them with a single quote, so a converted file never runs a formula when you open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Plain numbers (including negative and `+`-signed ones like `-5` or `+3.14`) are left exactly as they are and round-trip losslessly. A non-numeric value that legitimately started with `=`, `@`, `+`, or `-` will keep that leading quote after a CSV/TSV round trip — a deliberate security trade-off. - Object keys named `__proto__`, `constructor`, or `prototype` are always dropped rather than applied, whether they come from a CSV header or a JSON/YAML field — so a malicious file can't tamper with the converter itself. - A very large paste or file is capped to a generous analysis limit so the popup never freezes; you'll see a note if your input was truncated.
