Sign PDF documents directly in Chrome — without uploading them anywhere. Open a PDF, drop in your signature, initials, the date, and any text you need, then save it or email it. The whole thing happens on your own device. DashSign never uploads your document to sign it, never stores it, and never sees it. — HOW IT WORKS — 1. Open a PDF in Chrome. DashSign notices it and shows a badge on the toolbar. 2. Click the icon to open the signing view. No account, no upload. 3. Place your signature, initials, dates, and text. Draw with your trackpad, type your name in a handwriting font, or snap a photo of a real ink signature and DashSign lifts it onto a clean transparent background. 4. The document is co-signed by our server so a recipient can independently confirm it's genuine at dashsign.app/verify — without trusting anything but the math. Add an audit trail to a single document for a one-time fee, or get them on every document with Pro. — OPTIONAL: CLOUD RELAY (PRO) — Click Send and the signed PDF lands in your recipient's inbox from signed@dashsign.app, with the reply-to set to your own address. No "drag the file into your email." When you use Cloud Relay, your document passes through our server in memory only — long enough to send the email and no longer. It is never written to disk, never logged, and never kept. You also get the option to send from your own Gmail, or your default mail app, neither of which touches our servers at all. — WHAT DASHSIGN IS (AND ISN'T) — DashSign is built for signing your own documents — the ones already in your hands. It's fast, private, and gets out of your way. DashSign does not route a document to multiple counterparties for sequential signing. If you need to send a contract around to several other people to each sign in turn, a multi-party platform is the right tool. We'd rather tell you that up front than have it be a surprise. — LEGAL VALIDITY — DashSign produces electronic signatures designed to meet the requirements of the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), which together make electronic signatures enforceable for most business agreements.
