DashboardBear turns Chrome's new tab into a desk for your day. Today's schedule, to-dos and headlines sit at the top; your saved tabs and links are filed into collections underneath; your open tabs wait on the right, ready to drag in. TODAY, AT A GLANCE • Google Calendar events on a timeline, with what's happening now highlighted. Add an event and it's saved to Google Calendar. • To-dos with due dates. Finished items clear overnight. • Headlines from Google News, a keyword you follow, or any RSS/Atom feed, with publisher filters. TABS AND LINKS, FILED • Drag open tabs into collections, or save the whole window as a session in one click. • Paste a list of links to add them all at once. • Tags, sorting, duplicate cleanup, multi-select to move, copy or delete (with undo). • Spaces keep work, markets, projects and home apart, each with its own dashboard. • Search everything with "/", or filter by #tag. SAVE FROM ANY PAGE • Click the toolbar icon: the side panel saves the page you're on, and shows if it's already saved. • Right-click menu: "Save page to DashboardBear Inbox", "Save all tabs as a collection". • Alt+Shift+S saves the current window as a collection. MOVING FROM TOBY OR ONETAB? Import a Toby JSON export or a OneTab text list in Settings. You can export to Toby's format too, or back up everything to a file. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no servers. Everything you save stays in your browser (chrome.storage.local). • No analytics, no ads, no tracking. • Google Calendar is optional and talks to Google directly. DashboardBear's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. • Access to a news or calendar site is requested only when you add one.
