Darktor turns every web page into dark mode with a single switch, while photos and videos keep looking natural. WHAT IT DOES - Applies dark mode to any site automatically. No setup. - Photos, videos and thumbnails are restored to their natural look, not inverted. - Pages that are already dark (sites that follow your system theme) are detected and left alone. - Dark logos on transparent backgrounds are kept readable. - Works with web-based PDF and e-book viewers (pdf.js style). CONTROLS - Toolbar popup: turn Darktor on or off everywhere, or just for the current site. - Shortcut: Alt+Shift+D (Option+Shift+D on Mac) toggles the current site. - Settings page lists excluded sites so you can remove them. PRIVACY Darktor collects no data. Nothing leaves your browser. Your excluded-site list is stored only in Chrome's own sync storage. LIMITS Chrome does not let extensions style chrome:// pages or its built-in PDF viewer, so Darktor cannot apply there.
