For those having issues with the bookmark bar

I came here to see if this was already talked about and it looks like it is. For now, my "solution" is to right click the bookmark bar and not show tab groups (this is unsatisfying as they're still being saved under the hood).

My suggestion to the developer of this awesome extension: This might be mitigated quite a bit if the tab groups were merged. Every few days I find myself with a dozen youtube, reddit, and github tab groups. If there were just one of each, that would be ideal. Not sure if such a thing is possible but I'm going to hope. :)

Bookmark Bar Groups

I have found Groups can duplicate in the Bookmark bar and I have manually remove or delete these groups.
I suggest resolving this bug and allowing users to turn off the Bookmark Bar feature as this takes up precious Bookmark space.

Groups places in bookmarks bar

With a recent update the current groups are now displayed in the bookmarks bar. Why? This is just annoying and is moving the position of my bookmarks which I am used to clicking all the time. Until you add an option to turn this off I have to uninstall the extension.

Incorrect group

I have the site https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3311244/understanding-asenumerable-in-linq-to-sql open

I have the group "Portal" with one rule which is "https://portal.azure.com/*" but the above site is being put into a "Portal" group which is not correct

Hi Devs

I noticed a problem where the tabs will jitter. For my instance, it seems to be because I have multiple domains listed in a group, and I also have the strict functionality enabled. I'm guessing when it goes to move a tab in, it checks the first domain but then the strict option checks the other domains and it wants to move it out because it doesn't match those. Then it tries to move it back in because it belongs to the first domain...repeat. Hopefully you can re-create this in yours as well. I do have my tab going from one group to another, and that group ALSO has strict on it? so maybe there is an interaction between two groups with strict on where one has multiple domains? Not sure. Hope this helps. This is a great extension!

Auto Sort Groups

Hi Florian, would it be possible to have an option to have the tab groups auto sort themselves by the order they are arranged in the options menu? or even a custom order? I think it could be a very useful feature!

Tabs jumping around

Recently some tabs start to jump around or jitter, which uses a lot of CPU as well as being very distracting.

I have a "*" entry at the end of my list to catch any page not classified by other tab groups. All other entries are a full hostname with a trailing /*

Large URL lists and large changes can't be ingested

Howdy! It seems that if you have a large number of items, new changes simply don't save. Also, very large changes seem to be hit or miss in terms of actually applying. This extension is fantastic, btw. But is there possibly a timeout or similar that could be preventing large changes from being further updated successfully?

Pinned tabs lose color on Chrome

Hi there, I'm using this extension on Chrome and find that, when you pin a tab (it gets moved to the left and the tab is reduced to show just the favicon), the colored border is lost.
I understand that this is due to the tab being "pulled away" from its group, but I would like to have it keep the color. Is this something that can be added in a future release?

Not working?

Hi,

I have two urls - lets say:
sandbox.mywebsite.com
prod.mywebsite.com

whenever I open a website with "sandbox.mywebsite.com" in it, it should add it to the group "sandbox" and vice versa for production. but its just not grouping it at all.

my fault`?
