Quotes not showing up (probably due to Heroku)

Hey, maybe you're already aware but the extension 'Just Stoic' has stopped working. When I checked the API call being made to `https://juststoic.herokuapp.com/api/quotes/340` it returns 503. This might be because Heroku removed the free tier. Just wanted to let you know! :D

And I loved the extension by the way!

There are no quotes whenever i open a new tab
