transparent background of tabs a problem

This is a great background and I want to keep it, but I cannot distinguish the "x" from the "+" or read some of the text in the tabbs due to the tab background transparency. It's not clear to me why only the tab bar is transparent. It doesn't help to have that little sliver of the photo showing.

I downloaded this theme and it only shows on the tabs. on the main page of google its not this picture.

Cant see writings in tabs

I cannot see the writings in tabs, even after hovering the mouse, But I really like this theme.

Background photo is different from the theme

I installed the theme, but it only shows up in the tabs. The background, where all the green is supposed to be, is a separate picture that google put there. How do I make it all one picture?

Chrome update ruins tabs for theme

Since the latest update, the tabs now don't look right and I can't read the titles within the tabs of the browser for the unfocused tabs.
