careerify for LinkedIn sends your own LinkedIn profile to your careerify account, so careerify can suggest a sharper headline and a rewritten About section based on what you have actually done. HOW IT WORKS Open your own LinkedIn profile. A button appears next to your name. Press it, and the headline, About section, roles and skills that are already on the screen are sent to your careerify account. You then get suggestions you can copy back in yourself. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not post, edit or change anything on LinkedIn. There is no write access to LinkedIn in this extension. It only ever reads your own profile. The button does not appear on anyone else's page. It reads nothing else on LinkedIn: no connections, no messages, no feed, no other members. Nothing is sent automatically. Nothing happens until you press the button. WHAT YOU NEED A careerify account, and an access key you create under Profile in careerify and paste into this extension's options.
