Overview

Learn one Korean word every time you open a new tab. Levelled vocabulary, example sentences, audio, and a memorized list.

Learn Korean vocabulary, one tab at a time. Every time you open a new tab, Daily Korean Tab shows you one Korean word or phrase — its meaning, romanization, two example sentences with translations, and audio for all of it. No app to open, no session to start. You just see a little more Korean over the course of a day. Four levels, and you pick which ones appear Phrases — greetings and set expressions you can use immediately: 안녕하세요, 얼마예요?, 도와주세요 Beginner — core everyday words for food, family, places and common verbs Intermediate — situational and abstract vocabulary, with longer sentences and the polite formal register Advanced — formal and academic Korean as it appears in news and writing Currently 1,600 words and phrases with 3,200 example sentences, with more added over time. Select any combination of levels; the extension draws from all of them. Useful whether you're preparing for TOPIK or just picking up the language — the vocabulary is chosen for everyday usefulness rather than mapped to any particular syllabus. Mark what you already know Tap "I know this one" and a word stops appearing. Your memorized list lives in settings, so you can review it or put something back into rotation. Progress bars show how far through each level you are. Audio for every word and sentence Pronunciation for all 1,600 entries and all 3,200 example sentences, so you can hear how a word sounds on its own and in use. The audio is generated by text-to-speech — it's clear and consistent, but it can occasionally get intonation or an unusual word wrong, so treat it as a guide rather than a native recording. If you hear something off, the feedback link goes straight to me. One word a day If a new word every tab is too much, switch on daily focus mode and the same word stays all day. Quiet by design Light and dark themes, no clutter, no notifications, no account. Everything is stored in your own browser — your progress syncs through Chrome itself if you're signed in, and nothing is sent to us. Free to use Daily Korean Tab is currently free, with no ads and no account. It's supported by a few clearly marked affiliate links in the settings panel — if you use one, it helps keep the extension going at no extra cost to you. There's nothing to buy and nothing to dismiss. Found a mistake or have a suggestion? There's a feedback link in the settings panel.
