Overview

Automate browser tasks in plain English, using your own AI key. Yad clicks, fills forms and researches in your own Chrome.

Yad, your AI browser assistant Automate the repetitive browser work you would rather not do yourself. Tell Yad what you want in plain English, research a topic, fill in a form, compare prices, find job posts that match your CV, and it reads the page and does it for you, right inside your own logged in Chrome. Note: Yad needs a small free companion app to actually think (Windows only for now). The extension is the hand, the companion is the brain, you need both. Both install in a couple of minutes, see yadagent.com for the two step setup. KEY FEATURES - Plain English tasks: describe what you want, no scripting or clicking through menus yourself. - Works in your real browser: your logins and sessions stay exactly as they are, nothing runs in a separate empty browser. - Learns a task once: save it as a one click shortcut, repeat runs reuse the same steps at near zero extra AI cost. - Bring your own AI key: Groq, Gemini, OpenRouter, a custom endpoint, or a fully local model for free. Yad never resells or holds AI access on your behalf. - Job search from your CV: attach your CV and Yad finds and lists matching job posts on LinkedIn, Indeed or a local job board. - Full control: set a daily limit on AI calls, and stop everything with a single click, any time. -Visible tab group: Yad groups the tabs it is working in under one labeled tab group, so you always see which tabs it is using and can pull one out at any time - Multi browser: works today on Chrome and Brave, Edge is in review. - Open source: the entire codebase is free to read on GitHub, nothing hidden. SECURITY AND PRIVACY, IN SHORT Your API key is encrypted on your own device the moment you paste it in, using Windows' own built in encryption, and it never touches any server we run. Passwords and card numbers are automatically masked before anything reaches an AI, and checkout or payment pages are always off limits to autonomous clicks. The security code was built and then attacked by the developer himself before release, twelve real issues found and fixed, all re-verified with live tests. Full technical write up, every proof point included: see the Security page at yadagent.com/yad-security.
