Stop sending the wrong email. DABA is a Chrome side panel that works with three major webmail providers including Gmail and Outlook. It that reads the email on your screen, helps you reply in your own words, and — the part that matters — checks the message BEFORE you hit send. Wrong recipient, wrong attachment, a reply-all you meant to be a reply, sensitive data heading outside yourorganisation: DABA holds the email and asks. You can always send anyway. And it never asks for access to your inbox. No OAuth. No "DABA would like to read, send and delete all your email." It reads only what is on your screen, only when you ask it to. WHAT IT DOES • Checks before you send — flags wrong recipients and sensitive data leaving your org, so a misdirected email gets a second look instead of a send. • Writes replies in your voice — reads the whole thread and drafts a reply you'd actually send, then you edit and send it yourself. • Remembers what you promised — "I'll send that Friday" becomes a reminder, so nothing you committed to falls through. • Finds anything, in plain language — "the invoice from John Doe last month" without learning search operators. DABA writes the query into your mail client's own search box; it never queries your mailbox itself. • Prioritises your inbox — tells you which unread messages actually need you. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • No inbox access, ever. Most AI email tools connect to your whole mailbox. DABA cannot — it works only on what is open in front of you. • It's IN the page. It sits between your finger and the Send button, so it can physically stop a mistake. Tools that talk to your mailbox through an API can't. • Your settings stay on your machine. The ledger, your rules and your writing style are stored locally and are never uploaded. WHERE YOUR EMAIL GOES To write a summary or a reply, DABA sends the message you have open to Anthropic's Claude API — the same way any AI assistant works. On a DABA plan it passes through DABA's own server, which holds the API key. It is used to produce your result and is not stored or used for training. Bring your own Anthropic key and it goes straight to Anthropic instead. Full detail in the privacy policy. Works with Gmail, Outlook (outlook.com and Microsoft 365) and Yahoo Mail. Available in English, French, German and Spanish. You don't have to provide an Anthropic API key, but you can if you prefer using your own.
