Only works on some videos

Annotations linger for videos in playlists

When watching videos consecutively in a playlist, sometimes the annotation from the previous video will appear in the video after it. OS is Windows 10 Home 64 Bit and this was tested on both Chrome and Edge

Annotations cannot be closed or disabled

The x button on annotations are not functional, and there is no annotations off function.
