Overview

Coaching at the moment of a mistake: a link that goes somewhere else, your password on the wrong page, or a look-alike website.

Most online safety training happens long before the moment that matters. CyberSafe Coach speaks up at the moment itself, kindly and without blame, so good habits stick. It steps in at three moments: 1. A link that doesn't go where it says In Outlook on the web or Gmail, if a link's words show one website but it really goes to another, the coach tells you before it opens. You choose: don't open it, or open anyway. 2. Your work password on the wrong page If you start typing the password you use for Microsoft or Google into a page that isn't the real sign-in page, the coach asks you to stop and offers to clear it. 3. Look-alike websites If a website is pretending to be a well-known name, like Microsoft, a bank, HMRC or Royal Mail, or your own organisation, you see a gentle "check this first" message. Every check happens on your device - Your passwords are never sent anywhere. To recognise your password on the wrong page, the coach keeps a scrambled, shortened fingerprint in your browser that can't be turned back into your password. - The pages you visit and your emails are never sent to us or anyone else. - Nothing is sold or used for advertising. For organisations Your IT can install the coach on every work computer through Microsoft Intune, Group Policy or the Google Admin console, and add your organisation's name and website so look-alikes of your own name are caught too. With a CyberSafe Coach organisation plan you also see team totals of coaching moments, never names. It's a coach, not a guarantee: it works alongside your antivirus and email filter.
